Job summary

The Boring Company in Bastrop, Texas is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive new opportunities and help lead design for conceptual and construction projects. You will engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulators while coordinating with design, construction, and regulatory teams to keep projects on time and on budget.

The role requires 2+ years of client-facing experience and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, with travel and occasional extended

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience interfacing with clients on construction or other complex projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in the field of engineering or relevant technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to clients, government officials, regulatory bodies, and community members.
• Collaborate with design, construction, and regulatory teams to ensure projects start and finish on time and on budget.
• Prepare external client briefings about project status and site specifics.
• Track and communicate project status with design, construction and regulatory teams.
• Develop knowledge of the Loop system construction and operations.
• Build processes to ensure timely communication with clients and partners.
