Job summary

The Boring Company is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead client relationships and identify opportunities across the United States for tunneling and related projects. This role focuses on securing bids, writing proposals, and expanding revenue through strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

The Boring Company was founded to solve the problem of soul-destroying traffic by creating an underground network of tunnels. Today, we are creating the technology to increase tunneling speed and decrease costs by a factor of 10 or more with the ultimate goal of making Hyperloop adoption viable and enabling rapid transit across densely populated regions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients. Maintain a high-quality customer database.
• Identify active requests for proposals in the United States for tunneling projects (water, sewer, and transport) and non-tunneling projects that could become tunneling projects.
• Create new revenue-generating tunnel projects for The Boring Company by persuading key stakeholders that a TBC tunnel meets their needs.

Basic Requirements
