Job summary

You will write, review and submit proposals to local, state, and federal entities, drive revenue generation, and manage a team as part of an ambitious growth plan that includes travel 25-35% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience securing bids.
• Experience engaging with government entities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and maintain a high-quality customer database.
• Identify RFPs in the United States for tunneling projects.
• Create revenue-generating tunnel projects by persuading stakeholders that a tunnel meets their needs.
• Help write, review, and submit proposals to local, state, and federal entities.
• Lead company business development efforts.
