Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary data center initiatives from vision to completion across offices and time zones. You will coordinate external partners with internal teams, ensuring alignment on schedules, risks, and outcomes.

As a central hub, you’ll develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive briefs, and represent Google in industry forums to shape digital infrastructure and policy discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.
• 8 years in partnerships, market development, public policy, or government affairs, with a focus on infrastructure, water, sustainability, or technology sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end program lifecycle by defining vision, goals, schedules, and resources.
• Establish governance frameworks for external partner onboarding and tracking.
• Bridge external partners with internal teams across Engineering, Public Policy, Energy, and Legal.
• Prepare executive briefs, talking points, and strategy decks for leadership.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards; conduct quarterly reviews and reports for execs and partners.
