Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish toward data center development. You will plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and maintain clear communication with cross-functional partners across the company.

Your role spans offices, time zones, and hemispheres, coordinating players and keeping stakeholders up to date on progress and deadlines. You will also define governance and dashboards to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.
• 8 years of experience in partnerships, market development, public policy, or government affairs, with a focus on infrastructure, water, sustainability, or technology sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end program lifecycle by defining vision, goals, schedules, and resources for data center development strategy.
• Establish governance frameworks and onboarding processes for external partners and track progress with executive oversight.
• Bridge external partners with internal cross-functional teams (Engineering, Public Policy, Energy, Legal) and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Prepare executive briefs, talking points, and strategy decks for leadership and external thought-leadership engagements.
• Develop KPIs, metrics, and dashboards; conduct quarterly reviews and report progress to executives and partners.
