Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of program management experience.
• 2 years of experience managing multi-group, multi-disciplinary construction projects.
• Experience creating prefabrication work packages for construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support of team initiatives and goals. Develop charters, workflows, and align resources and schedules to achieve objectives.
• Support the development of prefabrication execution strategies and advanced work packaging for North American data center construction.
• Manage project progress, risks, and mitigations, and communicate updates to leadership.
• Gather internal requirements and deliver end-to-end customer solutions from construction to deployment with supply chain collaboration.
• Resolve critical issues to protect project timelines and costs and drive consensus across partner organizations.
