The Washington Post seeks a Creator Content & Partnerships Director to define and lead the operating strategy for its creator-content portfolio, translating editorial, production, and commercial goals into scalable plans and processes.

You will manage creator relationships, negotiate contracts, oversee production from concept to publication, and ensure quality, ethics, and risk management across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading creator partnerships, talent relationships, or editorial programming.
• Strong editorial judgment with standards for accuracy, ethics, and audience trust.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and partner with legal on terms.

Responsibilities

• Define creator-content portfolio strategy, operating model, and multi-year priorities.
• Lead creator relationships, evaluate/select renew/ discontinue relationships within financial parameters.
• Negotiate creator agreements and collaborate with Legal on terms and IP rights.
