Standguide is an employee‑owned organisation supporting communities across the UK. As Partnership Manager, you will build and manage relationships with local government, employability providers and other stakeholders to drive growth and lasting impact. Reporting to Head of Partnerships, you’ll shape stakeholder engagement strategies and ensure robust governance.

The role is full-time, permanent, homebased with national travel, offering extensive leave and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Ability to work with local and national partners.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver a structured stakeholder engagement plan.
• Build and manage relationships with local government, authorities, employability and skills providers, VCSEs and support organisations.
• Coordinate local engagement and strengthen relationships across priority markets.
• Share commissioner, funder and market intelligence to inform growth priorities.
• Own engagement processes, reporting and governance.
• Provide local, regional and national expertise for Standguide bid submissions.
• Plan workloads to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Support procurement and evaluation exercises and develop supply chain solutions.
• Complete contracts of interest forms for Standguide opportunities.
• Overseas qualifications considered.
