Velera Solutions, LLC is seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to lead a team that sustains top card processing vendor relationships (Fiserv, FIS, Visa, Mastercard) and ensures service excellence. The role governs escalation processes, tracks KPIs, and drives improvements across internal teams and partners.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, negotiate issues, and direct priority setting to deliver optimal results for Velera and its clients in a remote-first, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field with 10+ years in relationship or service management with card payments providers.
• Experience managing revenue-generating partnerships and leading a team.
• Expert knowledge in card processing relationship management and vendor management programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Strategic Partner Managers to ensure high-quality engagement with partner relationships.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs; drive corrective actions and process improvements.
• Coordinate meetings to resolve complex issues and negotiate priorities with partners.
