Job summary

Squarespace is seeking a Business Development Manager to define and lead partnership strategy across AI ecosystem, discoverability, and Acuity Scheduling. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, marketing, and operations to drive growth, influence roadmaps, and build enduring partnerships.

You will report to the Associate Director of Business Development and can be based in New York, NY or remotely in an approved US state.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or product management.
• Ability to influence product direction, market positioning, or long-term growth across multiple functions.
• Experience in SaaS partnerships, product integrations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead long-term partnership strategy for AI ecosystem and Acuity Scheduling.
• Influence product roadmaps and ecosystem priorities with senior leaders.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and drive revenue growth.
• Track KPIs for partner ecosystems and communicate insights to leadership.
