Squarespace seeks a Senior Manager, Business Performance for Acuity Scheduling to own the KPI framework and drive a data-driven growth narrative. You will lead analyses across finance, product, marketing, and data insights, shaping the business story and the metrics that reflect health and outcomes.

You will partner with analytics and data engineering teams to build the right data views, ensuring leadership has actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or commercial analytics.
• Strategic thinker who leads with business outcomes and works backward to the data.
• Proven ability to define and evolve metrics frameworks (KPI vs. non-KPI).
• Strong data storytelling: translate findings for executive audiences.
• Technically fluent: write SQL, work with BI tools, and perform self-driven analysis.
• Experience as a cross-functional connector across finance, marketing, product, and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the KPI and metrics framework for Acuity Scheduling across functions.
• Drive leadership-level analyses for weekly reviews, QBRs, and deep-dives.
• Translate data into a business narrative: churn, cohorts, revenue trends.
• Partner with Data and Insights to prioritize and build required data views and tables.
• Connect product signals to business outcomes and inform decision-making.
