Squarespace is seeking a Business Development Manager to define and lead partnership strategy across AI ecosystem and Acuity Scheduling partner ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, marketing, and operations and report to the Associate Director of Business Development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or product management.
• Experience developing and leading partnership strategies that influence product direction, market positioning, or long-term growth.
• Expertise in SaaS partnerships and product integrations across scheduling, ecommerce, or platform ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI ecosystems and translating market trends into strategic opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Squarespace's long-term AI ecosystem partnership strategy.
• Define and own the Acuity Scheduling partnership vision and ecosystem strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and align product roadmaps.
