Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical science, math, finance, economics, accounting, liberal arts or related field.
• 5+ years of industry research and financial analysis.
• 5+ years of contract negotiation and drafting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, negotiate, and execute business deals supporting Charter's Product, Advanced Engineering, IT, and Media teams with emphasis on licensing transactions and outsourcing.
• Create financial models and presentations and perform research to support business transactions and product strategy.
• Lead multiple projects and tasks and communicate with senior level operations, sales and finance.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards.
