The role emphasizes strategic business development, collaboration with leadership, and representing Capstan at industry events, all while supporting remote work and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years in strategic partnerships or business development.
• Proven ability to develop high-value partnerships and drive growth.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and growth of high-value partnerships driving revenue growth.
• Identify and expand relationships with senior decision-makers across accounting and tax advisory.
• Build trusted executive relationships positioning Capstan as a strategic partner.
• Develop and execute partnership initiatives to strengthen market presence.
• Collaborate with leadership, BD, and client service for success.
• Represent Capstan at conferences to enhance brand and referrals.
• Monitor partnership metrics and advise leadership for growth.
