Job summary

Capstan Tax Strategies seeks a Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead development of high-value partnerships and long-term revenue growth. You will cultivate relationships with executives across accounting, tax advisory, and professional services, and position Capstan as a trusted strategic partner.

You will collaborate with internal teams, travel as needed, and drive initiatives that expand Capstan's market presence while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or related field.
• Proven success developing high-value partnerships and growth.
• Strong relationships within accounting, tax advisory, or professional services industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and growth of high-value strategic partnerships driving revenue growth.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers across accounting, tax advisory, and professional services.
• Build executive-level relationships positioning Capstan as a preferred strategic partner.
• Develop and execute initiatives strengthening market presence and delivering measurable results.
• Collaborate with leadership, BD, and client service teams to maximize partnership success.
• Represent Capstan at industry conferences and meetings to enhance brand and referrals.
• Monitor partnership performance and provide leadership with insights for growth.
