Job summary

Elucid, a Boston-based medical technology company using AI, seeks a Director of Strategic Partnerships to propel its enterprise accounts. You will shape the strategy for large health system partnerships and guide deals from initial conversations through launch.

You will engage executive teams across providers and vendors, negotiate complex arrangements, and lead partnerships from inception to integration, driving adoption of AI-enabled cardiovascular imaging.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, alliances, or commercial roles.
• 6+ years selling regulated healthcare technology (SaMD, FDA-regulated software, AI) in medical imaging or health IT.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the imaging and healthtech ecosystem: key players, how they sell and partner, and buying decisions.
• Track record of originating, negotiating, and closing complex enterprise deals with health systems, IDNs, GPOs, and physician practices.
• Commercial and financial acumen with executive presence to engage C-suite and carry deals through stakeholders.
• Startup experience, comfortable operating through ambiguity and building enterprise sales from 1.
