Job summary

Tatari is hiring a Partnerships Manager to own the day-to-day of our partner ecosystem, working with the Head of Business Development to execute your portfolio of partnerships across creative, measurement, and channel marketing. You will coordinate with sales and account teams to maximize partnership impact.

We value hands-on partnership building, business development, and adtech experience. This role offers equity, health insurance, and a hybrid in-office schedule with two days on-site weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or statistics, or equivalent experience.
• Clear writer and confident communicator with client/partner facing experience.
• Comfortable with data, can build a partner performance view in a spreadsheet and read dashboards.
• Able to hold conversations about integrations, APIs, and measurement methodology.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end portfolio of partnerships including onboarding, productivity, performance, and internal coordination.
• Manage consultants, VCs, resellers, and referral partners with enablement and pipeline follow-up.
• Coordinate with creative, measurement, and product partners on integrations and methodologies.
• Develop enablement materials (one-pagers, decks, CRM) and drive cross-functional partnership initiatives.
