Job summary

Figma is seeking a strategic Partnerships leader to own a portfolio of high-impact technology partners. You will drive joint roadmaps, coordinate product integrations, and manage executive relationships across cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and legal to align goals, negotiate terms, and lead go-to-market initiatives for co-innovation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in complex technology partnerships, including strategy setting and executive relationship management.
• 5+ years managing large, strategic partnerships end-to-end including negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationships for a portfolio of strategic technology partners.
• Build and maintain partnership strategy with joint goals and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with Product and Engineering to prioritize integrations.
• Oversee commercial terms, negotiations, and risk management.
• Develop go-to-market plans with Marketing and Communications for joint launches.
