Figma is seeking a seasoned Business Operations professional to identify and prioritize strategic product initiatives and go-to-market plans. You’ll partner with product, marketing, people, sales, and customer experience to scope improvements and inform decisions.

This full-time role can be based in one of our US hubs or remote within the United States. You’ll develop executive-ready analyses, build financial models, and drive the execution of high-impact recommendations with measurable results.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in finance, strategy, or related fields.
• Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks.
• Experience building integrated financial models from scratch.
• Proven track record communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience creating and improving processes from foundational design.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and prioritize product initiatives and go-to-market plans for long-term value.
• Partner with stakeholders across product, marketing, people, sales, and customer experience to scope and implement improvements.
• Drive execution of approved recommendations with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
• Develop executive-ready analyses and recommendations from data, insights, and trends.
• Establish success metrics and monitor KPIs to guide future investments.
