Job summary

Figma is seeking a strategic partnerships leader to manage a small portfolio of high-impact technology partners, align executive stakeholders, and drive meaningful outcomes for Figma, partners, and users. You will navigate complex deals and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrations and joint initiatives.

The role is full-time and can be based in the US or remotely within the United States, with collaboration across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to prioritize

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategy, partnerships, and executive relationship management.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for executives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, legal).
• Ability to navigate fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationships for a small portfolio of 3–5 strategic partners.
• Develop living strategy for each partnership with goals, roadmaps and executive plans.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with Product and Engineering on integrations.
• Own commercial fundamentals, including contract negotiations and risk management.
• Build and execute go-to-market plans with Marketing and Communications for launches.
• Prepare and facilitate partner meetings, including executive briefings.
• Define and track success metrics and report impact to BD leadership.
