Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• 5+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial roles in U.S. healthcare with provider ecosystem exposure.
• Track record of developing new partnerships and closing seven-figure annual B2B healthcare deals with multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Partnership Development: identify, prioritize and develop opportunities across oncology networks, health systems, referral and navigation platforms.
• Deal Structuring & Execution: develop commercial proposals and deal frameworks; lead negotiations through to signature with legal and compliance coordination.
• Market & Ecosystem Engagement: represent Massive Bio at industry events; monitor provider market dynamics and feed insights into GTM strategy.
