Qualifications

B.S. in Biology, Life Science, or related field.
2+ years in external Account Management or Project Management.
2+ years using data/analytics to present solutions and drive client outcomes.

Responsibilities

Architect and execute metrics-driven strategies for high-priority accounts.
Analyze account data to identify macro-trends and improvements.
Lead Monthly Business Reviews and coordinate between clinical staff, labs, and internal teams.
Coach Associates and mentor teams; drive training and adoption of tools.
Oversee client deliverables and automate workflows with AI.
Conduct quarterly client site visits to drive initiatives.
