Job summary

AHRC New York City is seeking an Account Executive/Job Developer for the Bronx and Manhattan EBS program to build strategic relationships with corporate partners and drive inclusive hiring for neurodivergent professionals.

The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager, collaborates with Program Staff, and targets placement goals with periodic travel and a fixed schedule. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year with health benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience working with people with disabilities/youth is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other Account Executives and Coordinators.
• NY or Tri-State driver's license preferred; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop employment opportunities for people supported as outlined in Addendum #1.
• Promote AHRC's Employment & Business Services to employers.
• Initiate employer relationships via cold calling and networking.
• Cultivate relationships with employers in targeted industries.
• Assist neurodiverse job seekers on interviews and travel as needed.
• Coordinate account management with staff to meet placement goals.
• Attend marketing and other required meetings.
• Travel across the 5 boroughs and out of state as needed.
