Job summary

AHRC New York City is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Partnership for Inclusive Internships program across New York State, coordinating with city, county, and state partners to expand internship opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The role focuses on program development, training design, technical assistance, stakeholder engagement, and data systems, with Westchester piloting and statewide replication.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree or two-year degree with five years relevant experience; program design/curriculum development experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years working with people with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Westchester County pilot implementation of the PII Program and ensure fidelity to the model.
• Develop a comprehensive Training and Certification Program for service providers.
• Provide hands-on technical assistance and build capacity for inclusive internship development.
• Build and manage relationships with service providers, government agencies, and community partners.
• Support data management and performance tracking with AHRC NYC research team.
