Job summary

Open Inc. is seeking a partnerships leader to expand our studio's presence with brands, venues, and communities aligned with our mindfulness focus. You will own the pipeline end to end, from outreach to activation and revenue-generating collaborations.

Based in Venice, CA, this high-ownership role reports to the CEO and collaborates with studio, content, operations, and growth teams. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in partnerships, a strong network, and outstanding writing and negotiation

Qualifications

• 4+ years in partnerships, brand marketing, or business development.
• Existing network across brands, agencies, and creators.
• Strong writing and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with multi-project focus.
• Genuine interest in mindfulness and shared experiences.

Responsibilities

• Shape and own the partnership pipeline end to end.
• Identify and build brand, creator, venue, and cultural partner collaborations.
• Develop concepts, proposals, and pricing for activations.
• Lead creator collaborations from outreach to execution.
• Grow Open's corporate wellness initiatives for workplaces.
• Coordinate activations across social, content, and IRL.
• Serve as the day-to-day partner lead ensuring on-brand delivery.
• Turn big ideas into clear internal stories for leadership and teams.
• Measure revenue, reach, acquisition, and partner value to improve.
