Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships.
• Experience working on brand partnerships or sponsored campaigns, understanding partner needs from creator work.
• A strong network of creators and agents, and a sharp eye for who is right for a brand.
• Comfortable negotiating rates and terms, and managing budgets and contracts.
• Excellent communicator who builds real relationships with creators and partners alike.
