Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management to lead and manage large-scale assessment programs in the Go-To-Market division. This role partners with client staff and internal teams to design, implement, and grow assessment products and services, ensuring high-quality outputs and client satisfaction.

Hybrid remote/office work in the United States, with travel up to 25% and engagement across multiple departments to meet program deliverables and contracts.

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree with a concentration in policy, assessment, or measurement in education or a related field.
• Experience in management in large-scale testing, preferably in certification and licensing.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, analytical, and facilitation skills.
• Experience directing staff in planning, organizing, scheduling, and evaluating work.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage components of large-scale assessment activities including development, administration, and scoring.
• Support client relationships and maintain ongoing communications to meet contract goals and client satisfaction.
• Provide regular program status updates and participate in proposal and contract activities when needed.
• Ensure products and services meet professional standards and client needs.
• Provide advisory input to clients and internal teams to align products with market needs.
