Job summary

Waymo is seeking a senior Finance and Strategy professional to lead complex deal execution in a hybrid role. You will build sophisticated fleet partnership models, structure deals, and align cross‑functional teams with strategic capital deployment objectives.

Responsibilities include integrating finance insights with business development, performing due diligence, and translating data into decisions for leadership. An MBA or CFA/CPA is preferred, with 7–10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of high‑impact deal execution experience in finance.
• Advanced financial modeling for diverse transaction types.
• Cross‑functional collaboration across multiple business functions.
• Strong deal process experience: valuation, due diligence, structuring.

Responsibilities

• Support deal lifecycle by building and maintaining fleet partnership models.
• Help structure fleet partnership deals and support negotiations with external partners.
• Synthesize data to present clear recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with FP&A to monitor post‑deal performance and capital deployment.
• Standardize financial templates and drive cross‑functional data efficiency.
