• Possess or able to obtain DoD Secret level clearance, if required

• Exhibit knowledge with conferences or events to support client collaborations
• Establish relationships with outside organizations
• Develop, facilitate, and foster strategic client partnerships for the mission
• Engage with USG agencies (e.g., DARPA, FAA, DOE) for program success
• Support analysis of partnership data and advise on strategic actions
• Understand DoD budgeting processes to identify S&T trends
