Job summary

Global Payments in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to lead partner recruitment for our B2B payments platform. You will source, qualify, and sign ISVs, VARs, ERP partners and other technology partners who embed our solutions.

You will build a partner pipeline, manage deals through negotiation with legal and leadership, and drive go‑to‑market campaigns while traveling up to 25% and working onsite three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or channel sales.
• Deep understanding of B2B payments, ERP ecosystems, and indirect go-to-market models.
• Proven track record of sourcing, developing, and closing partnership deals from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and sign new ISV, VAR, ERP, and reseller partners.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners through the full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with legal and leadership to finalize partner agreements.
• Execute go-to-market campaigns and support partner success.
