Job summary

Quad seeks an Associate, Investment, Partnerships to activate and operationalize the agency’s partnership strategy in Chicago. You will work with cross-functional teams across media investment, planning & strategy, and marketing to manage day-to-day partner relationships and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in partnerships, media, marketing operations, or agency experience preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of partnership strategy across internal teams.
• Manage and grow partner relationships through regular communications and joint initiatives.
• Track pacing and status of all partner endeavors and align on Joint Business Planning updates.
• Coordinate and produce internal and external partnership programming (Platform Media Days, Lunch & Learns, QBRs).
• Plan and support co-marketing efforts with partners (newsletters, blogs, case studies).
• Collaborate on referral initiatives including cadences and campaign coordination.
• Maintain internal partnership materials (Newsletter, Testing Directory, Partner Tier Chart).
• Support exploratory conversations with new adtech and platform partners.
