Job summary

Channel Partners in Chicago is seeking a Project Specialist to bridge internal stakeholders with partnerships and events. You will drive sponsorship activation and event logistics, interfacing with executives and partners at the highest levels.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort working across multiple software tools in a hybrid setting at the Merchandise Mart office three days per week.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing/sponsorships/hospitality/project management.
• Familiar with Monday.com, Microsoft Office suite, and Google Enterprise suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
• Event-related travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and execution with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate ticket requests and inventory across teams.
• Monitor progress and provide weekly updates to management.
