• Execute sell‑side and buy‑side M&A transactions and advisory assignments
• Build, review, and refine financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, comps, precedent
• Prepare client‑ready materials including pitch decks and memoranda
• Manage day‑to‑day transaction workstreams with senior bankers and clients
• Mentor analysts to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management
