Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Specialist to bridge internal stakeholders with the partnerships & events teams. You’ll activate client marketing partnerships and handle sponsorship logistics, interfacing with executives and partners at the highest levels.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, excels in organization and communication, and can navigate multiple software tools in a hybrid Chicago office setting three days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing / sponsorships / hospitality / project management.
• Comfort interfacing with executives and partners at high levels.
• Familiar with coordinating across cross-functional teams and events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects aligned with sponsorship and events goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage timelines and budgets.
• Provide weekly status updates using tools like Monday.com and Google Suite.
• Serve as onsite host and manage venue, logistics, and AV needs.
