Job summary

HealthCorps, Inc. seeks a VP of Strategic Partnerships & Growth to architect and lead a national fundraising and partnership program. You will drive strategy, donor engagement, and revenue growth while shaping brand and hub partnerships across the organization.

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll manage a portfolio, collaborate with leadership, and represent HealthCorps at funder meetings and sector events. For-profit, nonprofit, and private sector experience welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, sales, or revenue leadership.
• Proven success closing and growing partnerships and managing accounts.
• Willingness to travel to hub areas and partner sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead External Relationship Strategy across health systems, sponsors, districts, and foundations.
• Own full partnership sales cycle for mid-tier and emerging opportunities.
• Develop pitches, proposals, and grant applications translating outcomes into a fundable case.
• Set brand direction and oversee marketing/communications functions.
• Build local advisory committees and engage alumni to extend reach.
• Lead and develop a high-performing division and KPIs; manage budget.
