Wintermute, a leading algorithmic trading firm in digital assets, is hiring across multiple seniority levels in its Business Development & Partnerships team for the Americas. Based in New York, you will originate and expand relationships with institutional investors, hedge funds, family offices, and exchanges, driving growth across OTC trading, liquidity provision, and strategic partnerships.

Qualificações

• 3–7+ years of experience in institutional financial markets, digital assets, or a related commercial role.
• Proven ability to originate and close commercial opportunities with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of OTC products and market dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Grow Wintermute's institutional OTC business across traditional finance and crypto markets.
• Identify and develop relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, trading firms, and other institutions.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across US markets and product lines.
• Lead end-to-end deal ownership from first engagement through onboarding and negotiation.
• Collaborate with trading, product, legal and tech teams to bring new offerings to market.
