Job summary

Wintermute, a leading algorithmic trading firm in digital assets, is hiring a Business Development Associate in New York. You will drive growth for OTC and liquidity provisioning, acquiring new counterparties and expanding relationships with crypto projects and exchanges.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans and accelerate market expansion in the United States. You should have 1–2 years in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of crypto markets, and strong

Qualifications

1–2 years in a high paced environment (e.g., consulting, banking, Fintech).
Experience in financial services/capital markets; crypto markets/trading firms is a plus.
Experience in business development or client-facing roles (B2B sales, management consulting, etc.).
Strong verbal and written communication; ability to be concise and follow through on promises.

Responsibilities

Grow OTC and liquidity provisioning activities across US markets.
Acquire new counterparties and deepen relationships with existing partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness in key markets.
Manage relationships with exchanges and crypto projects to expand coverage.
