• Proficiency with SQL/Excel/BI tools; familiarity with fintech or regulated industries.
• Strong educational background.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes in client strategy, implementations, or compliance, from diagnosing challenges through delivering solutions.
• Build systems, playbooks, automations, and workflows that reduce friction and improve operational scale.
• Turn recurring client situations, integrations, and audit needs into repeatable capabilities.
• Lead high-impact initiatives through adoption and surface insights that inform product and go-to-market priorities.
• Manage client relationships and expansion opportunities, integrations from contract through launch, or compliance systems that support sales.
• Create analytical tools and frameworks that enable teams to make sound decisions and execute independently.
