Job summary

The Opportunity Network is seeking a Manager of Corporate Partnerships and Events in New York, NY. This hybrid in-person role balances fundraising with program goals, reporting to the Director of Development, Corporate Partnerships and Events.

You will manage corporate sponsorships, employee engagement opportunities, and the Night of Opportunity Gala involvement. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in development, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong project management,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful experience in development; direct experience in corporate partner management and events-based fundraising strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate supporters throughout the prospect-to-donor cycle, including identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship.
• Develop tailored proposals, agreements, invoices, reports and engagement updates for partners and prospects.
• Create and execute sponsorship and employee engagement opportunities aligned with OppNet’s vision and impact goals.
• Provide live support for in-person employee engagement events including materials, logistics and facilitation.
• Oversee the Night of Opportunity Gala donor communications, records, and revenue processing in collaboration with related teams.
