Girls Inc. of New York City is seeking a Senior Manager of Institutional Partnerships to advance institutional fundraising through grants management and partner engagement.

You will connect funders to programs, work with senior leaders, and drive revenue growth while coordinating corporate volunteer activities and donor communications. The role requires a proactive development professional with strong relationship-building, detail orientation, and project management skills, in a hybrid

Formación

• 4-6+ years in nonprofit fundraising, partnerships, or business development with Revenue responsibility.
• Experience leading fundraising, renewal, sponsorship, or investment conversations with corporate partners; CSR familiarity preferred.
• Significant experience writing grant proposals, letters of inquiry, reports, and fundraising materials.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee grant calendars and ensure proposals, reports, and deliverables are prepared on time in collaboration with Finance and Programs teams.
• Develop high-quality grant proposals, letters of inquiry, reports, renewal requests, and other funder communications with AVP of Development.
• Manage lifecycle of corporate volunteer engagement, including recruitment, participation, and follow-up for in-person and virtual activities.
• Maintain records of engagement requirements, activity, and outcomes for stewardship and renewals.
• Plan and execute the annual Gala including corporate sponsorship outreach and donor communications.
