Job summary

Art Heals Arizona, based in Phoenix, seeks a Corporate Partnerships and Events Manager to lead corporate giving and plan events that engage donors, sponsors, volunteers, and the community. The role manages a portfolio of partners, secures sponsorships for the annual fundraiser and Resilient Hearts Symposium, and partners with programs to design meaningful volunteer experiences.

The position reports to the Vice President of Philanthropy, collaborates with the Development Operations and Grant

Qualifications

• Three years or more of professional nonprofit fundraising, corporate partnerships, sponsorship sales, event management, or commensurate experience.
• Experience planning and executing fundraising or community events with budgets, vendors, timelines, and volunteers.
• Proven track record securing sponsorships or corporate gifts meeting or exceeding goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds strategic relationships with corporate partners and sponsors from first contact to long-term engagement.
• Researches and qualifies new corporate prospects based on industry fit and giving capacity.
• Coordinates cultivation, recognition, and follow-up with the development team.
• Offers sponsorship & CSR opportunities, including employee volunteer experiences.
• Manages event timelines, vendors, registrations, and day-of logistics.
