Valley of the Sun United Way is seeking a Corporate Relations Manager to grow corporate partnerships and workplace giving across Maricopa County. You will convert engaged prospects into active partners, shape outreach strategies, and manage a central portfolio with a data-driven approach to maximize community impact.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with corporate leaders, HR, and CSR stakeholders, plus presenting opportunities and reporting on progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of fundraising, business development, or corporate partnerships.
• Proven success identifying and securing new opportunities.
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising with corporate partners is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a centralized portfolio of corporate accounts with growth potential.
• Develop and execute segmented outreach strategies for partnerships.
• Identify and secure new corporate partnerships with Valley 100 companies.
• Build relationships with corporate leaders and HR/CSR stakeholders.
• Drive fundraising goals through campaigns, sponsorships, and giving programs.
• Collaborate across departments to align strategies and resources.
• Deliver presentations to inspire engagement and funding opportunities.
• Represent the organization at events to build visibility and opportunities.
• Maintain documentation of activities and donor history in the CRM system.
• Provide timely reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
