Job summary

Art Heals Arizona seeks a Corporate Partnerships and Events Manager to lead corporate giving, manage sponsorships, and run a calendar of fundraising events in Phoenix. You’ll cultivate partners, coordinate volunteers, and work with programs and marketing to tell compelling stories.

The role reports to the VP of Philanthropy, offers a hybrid schedule with travel within Maricopa County, and includes full-time employee benefits."

Qualifications

• Three+ years in nonprofit fundraising or partnerships.
• Experience planning and executing fundraising events with budgets.
• Proven ability to secure sponsorships and gifts.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management for multiple events and stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM/donor databases; proficient with MS Office.
• Commitment to diversity, inclusiveness, and equity.
• AZ driver’s license and reliable transportation for mileage.
• Ability to obtain AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects toward sponsorship and engagement.
• Research and qualify new corporate prospects with CSR and giving capacity focus.
• Serve as primary contact for partners and sponsors; coordinate follow-up and recognition.
• Secure sponsorships for the fundraiser and Resilient Hearts Symposium.
• Develop creative sponsorship packages and CSR opportunities for partners.
• Measure performance and report results; adapt strategy accordingly.
• Lead with staff across departments and supervise event volunteers when needed.
