Job summary

Valley of the Sun United Way seeks a Corporate Relations Manager to drive strategic revenue growth by expanding engagement with high-potential corporate partners and building a sustainable pipeline of new relationships across industries.

You will convert Valley 100 companies into active supporters, cultivate partnerships, and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for increased engagement and long-term impact in the community.

Qualifications

Experience in developing and managing corporate partnerships.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into outreach strategies.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding fundraising goals.

Responsibilities

Manage a centralized portfolio of corporate accounts with growth potential using data insights and relationship history.
Develop segmented outreach strategies for workplace giving, sponsorships, and leadership giving.
Identify, research, cultivate, and secure new corporate partnerships with a focus on converting top companies into active supporters.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate leaders, HR teams, and CSR decision-makers to create lasting partnerships.
Achieve and exceed annual fundraising goals through campaigns, sponsorships, and new partnerships.
Collaborate across teams to align strategies and maximize resources.
Deliver compelling presentations to communicate value and engage partners.
