Job summary

All Hands and Hearts is seeking a full-time Corporate Relations Manager to design and execute a national corporate giving program in the United States. The role focuses on securing and growing high-value partnerships of $50K and above, driving revenue, and aligning with the organization’s mission.

The position reports to the Senior Director of Development and involves traveling up to 30% of the time, with home-office-based work and cross-functional collaboration to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of fundraising experience with corporate giving and business development at a non-profit organization.
• Experience with fundraising analytics, donor lifecycle strategy, and prospect research tools is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to work with CRM and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement a comprehensive U.S. corporate fundraising strategy.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of corporate partners, focusing on high-value accounts.
• Pursue new corporate funding opportunities, including multi-year partnerships and cross-sector collaborations.
• Develop tailored proposals and donor-facing materials aligned with organizational priorities.
• Oversee the administration of corporate grants with documentation, financial tracking, and progress reports.
• Maintain Salesforce donor records, pipelines, and timely reporting for strategy and accountability.
