Job summary

Northern Kentucky University is seeking a Partnerships Manager for the Norse Network Hub. This fixed-term role serves as the primary liaison between external partners and the university, coordinating inquiries, meetings, and outcomes while tracking activities in core systems.

The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, relationship management, and project coordination, with hands-on experience using Raiser's Edge, Handshake, and Team Dynamix to streamline engagement workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, communications, higher education administration, or related field.
• Exceptional customer service, relationship management, and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple projects, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Proficiency in CRM and workflow systems such as Raiser’s Edge, Handshake, and Team Dynamix; strong tech aptitude and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for external stakeholders seeking collaboration with the university; manage meetings, summarize outcomes, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Route inquiries to the appropriate university departments; track and follow up to ensure progress and data management for external engagement.
• Support strategic initiatives related to university-community-business engagement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support engagement initiatives and improve external stakeholder experiences.
• Manage customer relationships to implement strategies improving engagement.
• Work with leadership and campus partners to implement and execute the Hub’s partnership model and deliver timely outcomes.
