Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, higher education administration, or related field.
• Strong customer service, relationship management, and collaboration skills with ability to manage multiple projects and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for external stakeholders seeking collaboration with the university; manage meetings, summarize outcomes, and communicate to stakeholders.
• Route inquiries to the appropriate university spokes; track progress and maintain data management for external engagement activities.
• Support strategic initiatives related to university-community-business engagement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support engagement initiatives and improve external stakeholder experiences.
• Manage customer relationships to implement strategies to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and partners to implement the Hub’s partnership model and provide excellent service.
