Job summary

You will coordinate employer engagement activities, communicate opportunities across the College, and support initiatives aligning academic programs with workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating programs, events, or partnership initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the College's primary contact for employer engagement with the Norse Network Hub.
• Coordinate employer events and engagement activities within the College, including information sessions and visits.
• Track employer interactions and engagement activities using university systems and report on outcomes.
