You will coordinate workflows, track deliverables, and ensure timely engagement with partners using systems like Raiser's Edge, Handshake, and Team Dynamix. The role emphasizes customer focus and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, higher education administration, or related field.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills with multi-project coordination.
• Proficient in CRM/workflow systems and quick to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for external stakeholders seeking collaboration; manage meetings, outcomes, and communications.
• Assess inquiries and route to the appropriate university spokes or departments; track progress.
• Support strategic initiatives related to university–community engagement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support engagement initiatives and improve stakeholder experiences.
• Customer relationship management to implement strategies to improve customer engagement.
• Work with the Executive Director and partners across campus to implement and run the Hub’s partnership model with timely delivery.
