PaleBlueDot AI, Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Partnerships Associate to serve as a hands-on operator.

You will translate macro AI ecosystem trends into actionable product, compute, and partnership strategies while driving co‑development and joint GTM initiatives with leading tech giants and Silicon Valley startups. You will work with the leadership team to evaluate strategic ideas, build launch plans, coordinate cross-functionally, and support executives in partnership, investment, or M&A

Qualifications

2 years of experience in Venture Capital or top-tier Management Consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) transitioning to a tech operating role.
Based in or willing to relocate to the SF Bay Area for local events and meetings.
Exceptional structured thinking, commercial judgment, and strong English writing/presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Ecosystem Intelligence: track AI stack and semiconductor value chain; turn market shifts into analyses and executive memos.
Strategic Execution: evaluate ideas, build launch plans, coordinate cross-functionally to drive execution.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth: expand relationships with Google, OpenAI, and SV startups; move joint ventures from outreach to launch.
Executive Enablement: support leadership in partnership, investment, or M&A discussions with rigorous research and analysis.
